The sound of gunshots echoed down the tunnel way from Indi's side. His eye grew, and his head turned back to Aletha for a half second before he turned around again and started running straight down the tunnel. He could feel his jugular vein pulsing within, but Indi continued faster and faster until he finally caught sight of the dogs appearing to try and attack Luana. Before anyone could react, Indi jumped forwards and brought his knee up smashing several dogs into a wall. "Get away from her!" he roared and kicked several of the other dogs into the wall before he finally seized Luana's free hand. "Come on!" he said quickly tarting to run back down the tunnel way.

Luana was somehow shocked by the sudden appearance of Indi, but not for long as she dropped the gun started running, dragging a little behind him with her hand entangled with Indi's, her other arm hurting at the extra movement of running. She ran faster as some of the dogs recovered and nipped at her heels, and she kicked back at them while still running. As they made it through the door, Indi pushed Luana through the door and pushed it closed, catching one of the paws of the dogs as it closed. Luana sat down on the floor heavily and panted as she tried to stop the most of the movement in her hurting arm. "Damn dogs. I knew I didn't like dogs for a reason," she laughed lightly as she looked up at Indi and Aletha.

Indi's eye-patch was already off as his mechanical eye surveyed over Luana quickly finding the bullet. "It didn't hit your vitals, but we need to get you some medical help," Indi said sharply. "Aletha can you get me the bandages from the other end of the lab? Or wait." Before Luana could react, the red haired man had bent down and had already started picking up Luana to carry her. Walking quickly, Indi placed Luana in the medical part of his lab on a comfortable bed and began to pick at certain mechanical instruments deciding which to use to take out the bullet.

Aletha: Aletha opened drawers until she found medical pads and some gauze to hold them in place that would replace the reddening bandages that were wrapped around Luana's shoulder. She set it beside Indi and went to the door they had come in through, making sure it was locked before heading upstairs to guard the laboratory from her earlier post. She used her mechanical eye to look around, but found only the plants alive, nothing else.
Luana: Luana groaned as Indi started to pull the medical pads off of her shoulder, the drying blood making it more painful then it needed to be. She had laid back and trusted Indi, since he had taken care of her wounds time and time again when it was in an impossible place like her shoulder or something of the like. She watched as Indi help a pair of long, thin tweezers he would be using to pull the bullet out if it didn't have to be cut out, over a small bunsen burner fire to sterilize it. "That's going to burn, isn't it," Luana asked, even though she knew it was going to.

"Like hell," Indi answered back. "But we can't wait for pain medicine to kick in. It would take a while, and infection rate is an ass." He shook his head as if defeated as to any other way to explain it. Stepping forwards, the scientist played medic for an hour straight. The hour passed like the ticking of a clock, and Indi worked with the medical genius of a god. Finally stepping back and seeing the bullet removed and wound sealed up, Indi breathed outwards and took on an extremely tired look.
